West Bengal is a state in Indian. The state has a total area of 88,752 KM2.
It’s one of the most populated bits of anywhere. It has its own language and its top city is Kolkata. South Bengal houses the biggest mangrove forest and home of the Bengal Tiger. It has very very very low elevation, and 8% would be flooded if the sea rose a meter. the highest peak of the state is Sandakfu-3,636 m-11,929 ft. Mahasthangarh is the oldest site in West Bengal. Raja Ram Mohan Roy is considered the father of west Bengal Renaissance. The state bird is the white-throated kingfisher. The current governer is M.K. Narayanan. It has 19 districts and was established on May 1,1960. It is a place very vunerable to Monsoons.
